These are the bands I love to listen to

Pantera,Slayer, Morbid Angel, Venom, Superjoint Ritual, Down, Damageplan (but not as much), Brujeria, Fear Factory, Slipknot (older stuff), Black Label Society, Coal Chamber, Soulfly , Sepultura, Devildriver, Corrosion of Conformity, Crowbar , Motorhead, The More I See, Metallica (before 91), AC/DC, Chimaira, Machinehead, Kittie, and Killswitch Engaged.  I love metal!

Try the new "Extinction of Mankind" album. It's called "The Nightmare Seconds" It's got a blinding version of "Arise" by the "Amebix" on it.

Now then you ugly lot, here's another cracking band for your listening pleasure. I'll say sorry now to any one who's  heard of 'em, but i've just got their albums & I think they are the dogs bollox.  The band in question is "The Mushroom River Band" Check 'em out, they've 2 albums out & they are called

"Music For The World Beyond" & "Simsalbim"

Here's another good un for you lot out there. If you like your music loud, fast & heavy as f**k but still to have some sort of melody try out "Genocide ss" They are f**king awsome. Full on balls out rock 'n' roll . Or to put it another way 666% PUNK ROCK!
